We’re excited to announce the return of the Chevron Houston Marathon Run for a Reason Charity Challenge! For the third year, Chevron will donate $75,000 to be split three-ways by three Official Run for a Reason Charities in the amount of $25,000 each. To participate in the 2020 Chevron Houston Marathon Run for a Reason Charity Challenge and make a difference for an organization close to your heart, vote beginning on Dec. 3, for your charity by clicking the button below and make a donation to your charity during the contest voting period, Dec. 3, through Dec. 13, 2019.

From Dec. 3 – Dec. 13, 2019, at 11:59 p.m.  CT, you can vote for your favorite Run for a Reason charity above or make a donation. Three prizes will be awarded in the amount of $25,000 each in the following categories:

  • Charity Organization Who Receives the Greatest Number of Contest Votes During the Voting Period

  • Most Money Raised by a Single Charity Organization During the Voting Period

  • Highest Number of Donations Made by Individual Donors During the Voting Period

Winning charities will be announced at the Chevron Houston Marathon Press Conference on Friday, Jan. 17, 2020.
