As the Manager, Venue Operations he is responsible for the design and development of the pre- and post-race participant service areas within the GRB Convention Center as well as the implementation and oversight of the security perimeter.
Nicholas received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and his Master of Arts in Sport Administration, both from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. During this time, he developed a personal and professional passion in the goal achievement of the day-to-day runner. Nick transformed this passion further working as the Assistant Race Director of America Multi-Sport in Muncie, volunteering in various roles at local running and multi-sport events, and being a heavily involved member of the Ball State Runners’ Association. He continues his own athletic pursuits with goals of completing a marathon in each of the fifty states, finishing the six marathon majors, and completing at least one full-Ironman triathlon. While Nick loves learning new avenues to spend his time, running remains his favorite form of exercise, stress-relief, and time spent with friends and family. Nick’s favorite race remains his first Boston-qualifier, the Monumental Marathon in Indianapolis, Indiana.
